   - We understand that pets are an essential part of your life. With our prior written consent, we happily welcome your pets into our community. Please refrain from keeping or feeding stray animals on the grounds.

2. Your Pet's Introduction:

   - To get to know your furry friend better, provide a description and attach a photo. Let us know the type, breed, size, and any special details that make your pet unique.

3. Responsible Pet Ownership:

   - As responsible pet owners, please comply with all applicable ordinances, regulations, and laws governing pets. Ensure that your pet is spayed/neutered and vaccinated by providing veterinary proof. Maintain a safe environment by using appropriate containers for birds and fish.

4. Pet Fees and Rent:

   - To support our pet-friendly community, a one-time non refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $500 for two pets is applicable. Additionally, there will be a monthly pet rent of $20 for the first pet and $30 for two.

5. Community Harmony:

   - We value the peace and harmony of our community. If, for any reason, concerns arise about your pet's behavior, we may need to revisit our pet policy. We'll work together to address any issues and ensure a pleasant living experience for everyone. 

6. Safety and Cleanliness:

   - For the safety of your pet and our community, please ensure your pet is leashed or properly restrained outside your unit. Promptly clean up after your pet, and let's keep our shared spaces enjoyable for all.
